Sitka Fishing Report: June Recap - Mid July

June 2017 will be remembered for the early run of Silver salmon and excellent Halibut fishing. King salmon fishing was good for most of June, with a few select days of great. The excellent Silver salmon fishing has continued on into July with limits being the daily standard. King salmon fishing in July has remained consistent and the Halibut fishing has remained the best we have seen in many years up and down the coast.
