Nonpelagic Rockfish Regulations 2020

Alaska Department of Fish and Game announced that the retention of nonpelagic rockfish will be prohibited during 2020 in all Southeast waters. Nonpelagic rockfish include Yelloweye, Quillback, Tiger, Copper, China, Canary, & Rosethorn rockfish. The following regulations are effective 12:01 a.m. January 1, 2020 through January 31, 2021.


Slope Rockfish Regulations 2020

Alaska Department of Fish and Game announced that opportunity for slope rockfish species will be open April 3, 2020 through January 31, 2021.

Species: Shortraker, Silvergray, Rougheye, Redbanded & Vermillion

Daily Limit: 1 per person

Annual Limit: None
